I’m Aiden.
I'm am a thirteen year old, open water swimmer and a neurodivergent kid. I grew up in a small town where not much was built for kids like me. The classroom was always a struggle — but the moment I hit open water, something clicked.
"I didn't start with big dreams. I just needed something to keep me active — little did I know I'd actually be good at it."
Swimming started as leisure, a sport to try out. But the water turned out to be where I think clearly, move freely, and feel like the best version of myself.
In 2025, I competed at Oceanman Krabi in Thailand and placed 3rd in the Under-15 500m — earning a spot at the Oceanman World Championship in the Dominican Republic in November 2026. No school team. No shortcuts. Just hard work, a coach who believed in me, and a family who gave everything.
I am capable. This is my story — I hope you'll follow along.
